Solicited submissions - Terms and conditions:

 

1) I declare and confirm that I am the original creator or proprietor of the proposal and that I am entitled to submit it for consideration to Ardenslate PTY LTD (Ardenslate).

2) I acknowledge that Ardenslate receives numerous submissions for ideas, formats, stories, suggestions, and other material that may be similar to my proposal and that Ardenslate may already be considering  similar or identical ideas. I further acknowledge that Ardenslate may have produced or is producing an idea similar to my proposal.Therefore, I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation, should:

a) Ardenslate develop or produce materials similar to my proposal. 

b) Such material is not subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Ardenslate.

c) no confidentiality or fiduciary relationship is meant or created in any way between myself and Ardenslate.

 

3) By accepting my proposal, Ardenslate does not harm any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights that I may already have or may possibly try to execute until such time an agreement is signed.
